Return & Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please be aware when purchasing handmade objects , each object is one of a kind and made by mere humans. Individual differences are part of the process and should be revered as part of the maker's individual process. Damaged goods are a different story.. if your merchandise is damaged, see the returns policy below, we want you to be completely satisfied.

 

 

Returns

 

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

 

Your item must be in the original packaging.

 

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

If you purchased a digital product and experience technical issues, every effort will be made to resolve the issue. If we are unable to resolve the issue a credit will be issued for another event or product.

 

If you registered and paid for an in person event or workshop and are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another event within the next 30 days by calling the Studio and speaking with one of us. We are here to make sure you are satisfied!

 

 

 

 

Refunds

 

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned

item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

 

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

 

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

 

 

 

 

Shipping

 

 

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
